Roberto Firmino is set to leave Saudi Arabian Professional League side Al Ahly six months after moving to the Middle East, according to reports.Firmino, 32, has made an excellent start to his new club since leaving Anfield in the summer, scoring a hat-trick on debut. But after his incredible start, the Brazilian striker went nine games without scoring and has since been limited to just six appearances for the club.

One of the names recently linked with a move to Anfield is USMNT defender Anthony Robinson. He has impressed throughout the season for Premier League side Fulham.

According to 90 Minutes, Robinson is a player Liverpool could be tracking due to injuries to Robertson and Kostas Tsimikas. However, the ECHO has since claimed that the club are not actively considering signing Robinson in the new year and that they are happy with their left-back options despite injuries to their two main options.
