With so much momentum heading into the end of the season for the Raiders, it’s only natural that fans want the season to continue. Of course, in theory, Antonio Pearce would have to be appointed manager to continue this. Is Antonio Pierce ready to take over the Raiders? Whether or not he paints the picture of “coach AP”, he seems to be leading the way. According to internal reports, this is true.
However, there is a process to follow. Let’s not forget that rules are rules. This is especially true when interviewing not only coaches, but general managers as well. The latter is important because it has become a firm belief that Raiders owner Mark Davis will be the first to take over. Pierce may have talked too much while attending a Martin Luther King Jr. rally in Las Vegas, Nevada.

If that’s true, if you’re a Raiders, you’ll still have a lot of work to do. After Pierce’s announcement, the focus will shift to personnel, specifically the offensive and defensive coordinator roles. When it comes to offense, you’ll hear Kliff Kingsbury’s name thanks to Colin Cowherd. On the other side of the ball, the Raiders recently blocked interview requests because of Patrick Graham’s name. Graham’s fate will likely be decided by the next manager. Things are looking up again this week.
