With so much momentum heading into the end of the season for the Raiders, it’s only natural that fans want the season to continue. Of course, in theory, Antonio Pearce would have to be appointed manager to continue this. Is Antonio Pierce ready to take over the Raiders? Whether or not he paints the picture of “coach AP”, he seems to be leading the way. According to internal reports, this is true.

However, there is a process to follow. Let’s not forget that rules are rules. This is especially true when interviewing not only coaches, but general managers as well.
