Wednesday, July 24, will see the contest at Levi’s Stadium in Santa Clara, home of Super Bowl runners-up the 49ers.
Wrexham will play two more games on the tour, details to follow.
League Two club played Chelsea and Manchester United on US tour last year.
Ryan Reynolds and Rob McElhenney, who bought Wrexham in 2021, and the documentary series Welcome to Wrexham have garnered American support.
Chelsea CEO Chris Jurasek remarked, “It is great to be playing Wrexham once again, following the success of last year’s encounter in Chapel Hill.”

At San Francisco 49ers’ stadium, Wrexham will play Chelsea in preseason friendly.
