Darwin Nunes and Wataru Endo will have to walk a disciplined tightrope in Liverpool’s final game of 2023.The Reds face Burnley at Turf Moor on Boxing Day. There they will have the opportunity to climb to the top of the Premier League. Arsenal, who drew 1-1 with Jurgen Klopp’s side in their last game, do not play until December 28. But Endo and Nunes each have four red flags to watch out for.

A player who receives five yellow cards in the first 19 Premier League games of the season will be suspended for one match. Endo was booked for Liverpool in the first half against Arsenal. The Japan international has impressed since joining from Stuttgart during the summer transfer window.
