An NFL source said Tuesday that a decision on the Raiders’ next general manager and head coach will likely be made in the next few days, “probably in the next 48 hours.”There are no clear contenders for any position.
However, during the interview process, names such as Antonio Pierce, Leslie Frazier of the Minnesota Vikings and Chris Richards of the Seattle Seahawks came up. Many of these candidates have something surprising in common. From all the resumes, it looks like the Raiders are looking for a defensive minded person to join the team.There are several big names in the mix to replace Champ Kelly as the new general manager of the Raiders.
