Mohamed Salah and Wataru Endo are likely to miss all of Liverpool’s AFCON and Asian Cup matches.

The Reds recently took three points at Burnley with goals from Darwin Nunes and Diogo Yota.Despite the tying mistake, Endo put on another strong performance. Jurgen Klopp was full of praise for the Japan star but admitted his good form has taken a nosedive as the Asian Cup approaches.

Salah scored 16 goals in 26 games for Liverpool. He will head to the Ivory Coast in the hope that Liverpool can stay in the Premier League title race on their return. The AFCON kicks off in Côte d’Ivoire on Saturday, January 13, with the hosts facing Guinea-Bissau.

The country is hosting the final for the second time. Salah and Endo matches likely to miss:

Liverpool will play against Brentford on February 17 at 12:30. Fans are hoping that both Endo and Salah will be able to play if their country reaches the final.
