Liverpool have released ticket information for next month’s Carabao Cup final against Chelsea.The Reds were held to a 1-1 draw by Fulham at Craven Cottage on Wednesday night, but won the two semi-finals 3-2.
Luis Diaz’s first goal was decisive as Liverpool chased their second league title in three years. Chelsea will be their opponents in the 2022 Carabao Cup after beating Middlesbrough 6-2 in the second leg of the championship.
Liverpool have revealed how fans looking to secure tickets to the big game can secure a place at Wembley on February 25.Wembley is a 90,000-seater stadium and despite having four ticket sales, only 32,196 fans were allocated to the Reds. All sales will be online and the first sale will be available from February 1st to 5th, but will only be available to priority holders.
The second sale, which runs from 08:15 (GMT) on Monday 5 February to 07:30 on Wednesday 7 February, is available to fans who have booked tickets for four of Liverpool’s five Carabao Cup matches in this season: Leicester City (H). Bournemouth (A) ), West Ham United (H), Fulham (H), Fulham (A). The third sale will be voted on but will only be available to fans who have booked for Liverpool’s three Carabao Cup games this season. Supporters can register to vote from 11 a.m. January 29 to 8 a.m. February 1st.
Results will be notified by email on February 7. If the vote is successful, supporters will be able to purchase tickets from February 9, 8:15 a.m. until February 12, 7:30 a.m.The fourth and final announced sale will begin on February 13 and will be available to those on the waiting list without having to vote. If tickets remain, they will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
