Anfield stands united in celebration as Liverpool Football Club marks a decade since the arrival of Jürgen Klopp — the charismatic German manager who changed the course of the club’s modern history.
Appointed in October 2015, Klopp inherited a team struggling for identity and confidence. Ten years later, he leaves behind a legacy defined by passion, belief, and silverware. Under his guidance, Liverpool returned to the summit of world football — conquering the UEFA Champions League in 2019, ending a 30-year wait for the Premier League title in 2020, and collecting every major trophy along the way, including the FA Cup, League Cup, and FIFA Club World Cup.

But beyond the trophies, Klopp transformed the culture. His “heavy-metal football,” his booming laugh, and his connection with fans reignited the spirit of Liverpool — making “You’ll Never Walk Alone” more than just a song, but a lived philosophy.
As part of the club’s week-long commemoration, Liverpool will host a special tribute at Anfield, featuring former players, coaches, and fans who witnessed Klopp’s journey from the sidelines to the pantheon of football greats. Murals, documentaries, and a charity match are also planned to celebrate his era — one that redefined what it means to be “The Reds.”
From the night he declared he wanted to turn “doubters into believers” to the countless moments of triumph, Jürgen Klopp’s 10-year story at Liverpool is one of passion, perseverance, and pure football magic.
