The Bills must beat the New England Patriots at home on Sunday and the Miami Dolphins on the road in Week 18 to win the AFC East. However, they will also require the Baltimore Ravens to defeat the Miami Dolphins next week.
By defeating the Ravens on Sunday, the Dolphins can clinch the AFC East. With a win and defeats from the Steelers (at Seattle Seahawks) and Bengals (at Chiefs), the Bills may clinch a playoff spot next week.
