Many football fans believe this season could be Mohamed Salah’s last in the shirt due to increased interest from Saudi Arabia.
AlIttihad were interested in the Egyptian superstar last summer and the Saudi Arabian champions are prepared to offer £215m for the winger. Salah’s contract at Anfield expires in 2025 and he turns 32 this year. Many believe Liverpool will take him if the Saudis offer that amount again.
However, The Athletic’s David Ornstein has provided an update on the Liverpool superstar’s future, saying he has been told he still wants to continue competing with United at the highest level of European football. So leaving this summer is not realistic.
