The Las Vegas Raiders are heading into the 2024 season and there are many questions surrounding this iconic franchise.While we wait for this monster game, let us answer some questions and emails from Raider Nation.
Mr. Hondo, do you know what Antonio Pierce’s staff looks like? Mike G. Although they look the same, they vary according to the season. Coach Pierce will have to say that. But I know several experienced, highly qualified, well known people who would like to join. If AP is hired, there will be no hiring issues in 2024.
Mr. Hondo, I’ve heard that the best chance for Josh Jacobs to return is for Antonio Pierce to get the job. Can you explain that? Jack H. Of course you can. That doesn’t mean he’ll go back to AP or get fired by the new coach, but the odds are probably in his favor at AP. AP likes Josh and Zamir White. She loves to practice and Josh loves to play for her. I also trust Josh to have high standards. They may not want the Raiders to meet, but Josh might want to stay in Las Vegas for less with Antonio Pierce and the offense he brings.
Mr. Hondo, if you were a GM, who would you pick in the NFL draft? Quincy W.I can’t answer that. I don’t know who the coach is. I don’t know their defensive style, so I can judge my formation. I’m not trying to make a political statement. I try to be practical. Once the new GM and coach are in place, ask questions and I’ll be happy to answer them.

First of all, why get rid of Patrick Graham? Secondly, if I were Antonio Pearce, why would I stay at a team where I’ve done enough to show I deserve the job and they don’t want me? I respect your opinion, but this scenario doesn’t pass my smell test.

The NFL Draft will be held April 25-27, 2024 in Detroit, Michigan. The Las Vegas Raiders are currently 13th overall.
