TheReds winger appeared on the Premier League’s official YouTube channel, Ucut, answering a few quick questions from the public and posed by Ben Black. One asked the 24-year-old to describe his boss in three words, while the Dutchman saw he needed seven to make his final comment. He responded to the host by saying he is “passionate, honest and clear about what he wants”. When Gakpo says Klopp is “direct”, I interpret him correctly.
Liverpool fans will not be surprised by the 56-year-old’s antics. His passion is evident in every touch of every game and his loyalty has helped him build lasting relationships with players during his time at Anfield. We’d like to suggest that the Reds’ number 18 is another phrase that could be used to describe their manager: legend.
