The Phoenix Suns’ first season with Kevin Durant, Devin Booker, and Bradley Beal as their new big three did not turn out the way they had hoped as the Minnesota Timberwolves swept them out of the playoffs in the first round. Consequently, inquiries over the team’s future surfaced rapidly, and Durant’s name was included in trade rumors once more.
It sounds like the Suns never really had any talks with the Houston Rockets, who were supposedly trying to force a trade for Durant.
