The 2023 season suffered a major setback when Las Vegas Raiders star quarterback Maxx Crosby suffered a serious injury.Despite not practicing all week, Crosby made a surprising decision by continuing to play in every game despite being officially placed on the DNP (Did Not Practice) list for the week.
This offseason, Crosby has prioritized addressing the recurring injuries that plagued him last season. Two weeks ago, shortly after the season ended, he underwent knee surgery to address lingering issues. Unsurprisingly, during his ordeal it was discovered he had a knee infection which required hospitalisation. In addition to the knee issues, Crosby has also battled arm injuries.
He recently underwent surgery to correct the problem, as he confirmed on his Instagram account on Tuesday.Ironically, Crosby underwent two surgeries in a matter of weeks. However, this timely move so early in the season means he can recover quickly and return to training and matches, something for which he is widely credited.Crosby’s performance last season was incredible and he had the best year of his career.
