This Super Bowl week, we’ll be taking a look at many Las Vegas Raiders players, the 2023-2024 NFL season, new head coach Antonio Pierce and more. During the discussion, I was given the opportunity to be interviewed.
Two players who got a chance to be interviewed earlier this week were running back Aidan O’Connell and wide receiver Jacoby Meyers. Raiders tight end Maxx Crosby had the opportunity to appear as a guest on NBC’s Fantasy Football Happy Hour with Matthew Berry.
Crosby had the opportunity to talk about the Kansas City Chiefs and their team culture ahead of Sunday’s Super Bowl LVIII game between the Chiefs and the San Francisco 49ers. “I mean it starts with their culture. They have a great coach, a great quarterback, great matchups and Hall of Fame caliber players. Then if you go defensively, you’ve got Chris Jones, there’s a lot of talent there and young players like Kalaftis are developing.”
“They have players everywhere and I believe in that. When you have championship DNA, you see them fight up and down because they give themselves a chance to win every time. You’re still the boss. “They know how to win, they don’t panic when the going gets tough and at the end of the day you have to respect them.”
“They are the best team. We have to destroy them in order to participate in that conversation. “We play them twice a year and they have a right to be there at the end, so I respect that.”Crosby has 21 career tackles, 12 assists and five sacks in 10 games with the Chiefs. The NFL Draft will be held April 25-27, 2024 in Detroit, Michigan. The Las Vegas Raiders are currently 13th overall.
