Chelsea have seen an initial €27.5m (without bonus) offer for Elye Wahi turned down by Montpellier, who remain open to further negotiations with the Blues. The striker is now focused on joining Chelsea quickly despite interest from Atlético and Frankfurt, but the Blues will have to increase their initial offer of €27.5million.
