Chelsea fans are all saying the same thing about Mauricio Pochettino’s first day at the club

The same thing is being said by Chelsea supporters about Mauricio Pochettino’s first game after being hired.

Pochettino signed a two-year contract with an additional year option when he was hired as Chelsea’s manager in May of last year.

After successful management stints at Southampton and Tottenham, he returns to the Premier League for the first time since being dismissed of his duties at Paris Saint-Germain.

Following a disastrous campaign the previous season, Todd Boehly and Chelsea supporters alike will be hopeful the Argentine can lead the club back to its golden days.

The Blues finished in 12th place in the table, losing an incredible 16 league matches under the likes of Thomas Tuchel, Graham Potter and Frank Lampard.

Ahead of taking charge of the Stamford Bridge outfit, Pochettino has already impressed supporters online.

In a video shared on social media, the 51-year-old is seen arriving at the club and greeting and hugging various members of staff before walking into the building at Cobham.

His ‘aura’ and ‘presence’ astounded everyone, and his new gaffer’s fans were pleased with what they witnessed.
Another remarked: “Insane aura but I’ll be judging on his ability as a coach unfortunately.”

This week, Chelsea begins its preseason before traveling to the US to play Wrexham and Borussia Dortmund.
On August 13, during Chelsea’s match against Liverpool on the opening weekend of the new Premier League season, Pochettino will take the reins of his first competitive Chelsea game.
